  • Return & Exchange Policy – 3D Printed Items

    • All 3D printed products are custom-made to order, so returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

    • If your item arrives broken, warped, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

    • Small surface variations or layer lines are a normal part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

    • Requests for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order before production begins.

    Care Instructions – 3D Printed Items (PLA)

    To ensure the durability and longevity of your 3D printed product:

    • Keep away from direct sunlight and high heat (PLA can soften at ~60°C).

    • Store in a cool, dry place to avoid warping.

    • Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use strong chemicals or solvents.

    • Avoid dropping or applying heavy pressure, as 3D prints may be less impact-resistant than injection-molded plastics.

    • For painted or multi-color items, handle carefully to prevent scratches or chipping.
